Pillars of our Practice

We trust you.

We believe that when a pregnant person is given all of the information about their options, they can make a decision that is right for them. Our goal is to provide you with benefits and risks to all of your options so you truly feel that your birth is in your hands.

We trust that your choices are the right choice.

We believe in you.

We believe that you will be amazing in labor and birth. We know that you are strong, you are sensitive, and you have the power within you to give birth to your child and to heal after your birth.

We listen to you.

We listen to your needs, wants and desires for your birth. We listen to your verbal and non-verbal cues. We listen when you tell us to stop (or don’t stop) doing something. We ask for permission and we check in if what we are doing during labor is working for you. We believe informed consent is of the utmost importance during birth. When you have informed consent, your birth is truly yours.
